 Any appointment that is not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. It is understood that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to an emergency, cancelled appointments prevent other littles & bigs from getting the care they need. Therefore, in the event that you must cancel, 24 hours notice MUST be given.

A one-time reduced fee for late cancellations/no shows will be implemented. This fee is for $25 for the missed session.

This policy is in alignment with other private practices and ensures both quality care is provided to clients and providers are compensated for their time.
